What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing relies entirely on high-velocity water to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure (about the same as a garden hose) combined with specialized, eco-friendly cleaning solutions to gently melt away algae, mold, and dirt. We use soft washing on roofs and house siding to prevent any damage to your paint, stucco, or fragile shingles.
Will your roof cleaning void my shingle warranty?
Absolutely not. In fact, most major roof manufacturers explicitly require that you clean your roof using a low-pressure chemical wash (Soft Washing) to keep the warranty valid. Blasting it with a high-pressure washer will instantly void your warranty and destroy the granules on your shingles. We follow manufacturer guidelines strictly.
How long does the ozone odor treatment take?
Most standard treatments for a single room, car, or transit van take between 30 to 60 minutes of active ozone flooding. Afterward, the space must be aired out for about an hour so the O3 gas can safely revert back into normal breathable oxygen. Full houses or large commercial spaces may take a few hours.
Do I need to leave the house during the odor treatment?
Yes. Ozone (O3) is highly effective at killing bacteria, but it is not safe for humans, pets, or house plants to breathe during the active treatment. You, your family, and your pets must vacate the specific area being treated. Once the treatment is complete and the space is aired out, it is 100% safe, chemical-free, and perfectly sterile.
Are your estimates free?
Yes! All estimates for painting, washing, or odor removal are completely free. Just text us photos of what you need done, or we can swing by to take a look in person to give you an honest, upfront price.
Can ozone get rid of heavy cooking smells like curry?
Yes. Heavy cooking spices, grease fumes, and burnt food odors embed deeply into drywall and fabrics. Standard cleaning won't touch it. Our ozone shock treatment oxidizes those deeply embedded organic molecules, physically destroying the smell at its source rather than just masking it.
